morning rain
rain, falling
dripping, pouring
pounding, thrashing
building to crescendo
miraculous resurrection
the phoenix takes flight
soaring, raindrops caressing each golden feather
lightening crashes, yet does not seek to harm
thunder peals in homage to beauty, reborn
dripping, soaring
a love triumphant
conquering all who seek to harm
unbearable
unbreakable!
now at rest,
the celestial ecstasy fades,
yet lingers on.

"There is more to man than mind and body. We shall never find the clue to the riddle of life until until we realise that man is a spiritual being and that mind and body are the garments of his manifestation."-Dion Fortune
